I agree entirely! I am also a new member, lurking for the last few weeks. I have never been with another guy and am thankful that I found this group first. I now know exactly what I am looking for and am grateful that I am among brothers.

Has there ever been a movement for a gathering of the guys on this list? I think a lot of us would be willing to travel in order to meet other guys who share our philosophy.

in terms of a gathering:

i've been urging the guys in the club for the past two years to meet each other not just for sex but for fraternity and friendship

that has begun to happen in a small way -- for example, warrior gaifrot and i just did a Pride Festival together during which we met a lot of other men into frot

and i just traveled to SF to meet with the Cockster

what i suggest is that you begin in your own backyard -- ck out the posts in Frot Club and elsewhere to see who lives in your geographic vicinity, and try to meet up with them in a nonsexual setting

i'd be glad to facilitate such gatherings where possible

but you can do it yourselves -- you don't need me to do that

as i've said before, you'll only get out of this what you put into it

unfortunately, most of the men in here are so focused on finding sex that they miss the bigger picture

which is finding their lives

Hi CJ and Bill,

I just got done reading your comments and what an excellent idea you had in wanting to arrange a meeting.

My partner and I have been together for 23 years now and have always felt like the odd men out because we didn't share in the typical gay lifestyle. During discussions with people, and when those prying questions have been asked about our sex life, we were usually met with the question, "That's all you do?" Its nice to see others that share in our lifestyle and that's the reason we joined this discussion board.

If anyone is interested in arranging a get together, please feel free to drop us a email.

I concur with all of you. I've long had this major C2C attraction for my sexuality. I thought I was a freak and no one else would ever be interested in such a freaky orientation. I'm received to know that I'm not alone and that there is a substantial body of like minded and oriented men to share with intellectually and otherwise.

Bill is correct in noting that many of us are driven to find sex. Many of us are extremely isolated and lonely; and this isolation creates the kind of sexual desperation that obsesses us to see the C2C movement only as an immediate sexual outlet rather than the bigger picture of our lives as men with a particular C2C orientation, with all that this means philosophically, spiritually, relationally and socially.

Perhaps, if Cockrub Warriors helped men as a meeting place and clearinghouse to connect sexually, and helped them to get that aspect of their need addressed and under control, it will create the possibility for greater sexual balance.

This balance could help many to get beyond immediate genitility into the deeper aspects of the "big picture" of their own personal reality. It would put it into the context of our common "Sexuality", which is more than just "sex". When we "have sex", there is much more than physical genitility that is going on, or could go on.

There is a bigger body-mind-spirit meaning and connection to all the dimensions of Affectivity, Tactility, Eros (not just the erotic), and Genitility. The richness and power of these dimensions have the promise of helping us find who we really are as men and free us to be the brothers, friends and lovers we were meant to be with and for each other.

I stumbled upon this website by accident today. I was looking at JO sites for guy's playing with each other but that's all. It is probably what I have thought about for years but knew nothing about. I have thought about laying on top of a man or rubbing up against him or playing with him but that's been it. No anal or even BJ. I am amazed at how many other men think like I do. This website will go into my favorites list so I can read about others.
