Wow. I would have fit right into that.

It always takes me back to that first year in high school when I used to hang out at the wrestling mats with a few other guys who didn't / couldn't play the chase-a-ball-around sports. I had the STRONGEST urge to tie-up, compete for a take-down and feel the warm muscles, abs, pecs of the other dudes. The skin to skin contact of being shirtless, and hairless.

It was like wrestling a mirror image, when I wrestled a dude my size. I wanted to be one with the dude I wrestled, and fight him for dominance at the same time. I wanted to have my hard dick out. And for the other dude to have his out. Just showing it off in the grapple for a take-down.

Wrestling is a tactile sport. You have to FEEL the movement of the other guy from the stand up, which tells you what his next move might be. You don't learn it in a week. You learn it over several years. You can only react to the moves of the other guy by being tied up with him. You must be unafraid to become one with the opponent, right down to the sensitivity of your penis and scrotum. Yes, and that's an important point.

In ancient societies -- and I'll use the Greek term -- Phalloi were symbols of prosperity and of male creative and aggressive power -- which nurtured and PROTECTED society.
