Sacred Phallic Love: The Holy Sacrament of Frot

is a new page I've just put up.

It brings together posts made over the years by a number of our Warriors, but the page concentrates particularly on the very lively discussion we had on this board in the Fall of 2006.

All of that material, which focuses on the sacred and sacramental nature of the Phallic Bond, is now on one page and easily accessible.

For me, and throughout my life, sexuality and spirituality have been and are intertwined.

I don't think of the two, nor do I experience them, as separate.

They're a whole.

That's my sense of sex, that's my sense of Frot, and that's a large part of why I do this work.

Because it connects me with the Divine.

Man is sacred;

Masculinity is sacred;

Manhood is sacred;

Phallus on Phallus is sacred.

That's what I believe.

And I've expressed those ideas before on the site, in articles like Masculinity and Spirit and Phallic, Masculine, Heroic.

However, I feel that our discussions in 2006 advanced our understanding of the spiritual nature of Frot, and I want to put that again before the Alliance and the world.

Because I'm concerned about the continuing secularization and de-sacralization of sex, which I believe inevitably leads to its misuse and abuse.

As we can see in posts like HIV and Syphilis and The Metrics of Analism.

And because I'm concerned at how virtually all talk about sex and spirituality in our country is dominated and controlled by the religious right, which seeks to have a total monopoly on that talk.

That cannot be allowed to happen.

It is vitally important that other voices be heard.

Not least because the religious right's view of sex is not simply incorrect, but is, as Robert Loring has said, PSYCHOTIC.

Insane.

Our view of sex and of sex between Men is very different.
