But the story as reported by gay.com had an interesting twist -- especially if you're a straight-identified guy trolling the net for "gay sex":

Dutch men confess in HIV sex party predator case

Four HIV-positive men from the Groeningen province in the north of the Netherlands confessed to police that they held sex parties where they drugged men with GHB and injected them with their own blood in an attempt to infect them.

Dutch HIV workers told Gay.com UK that they were aware that at least 10 men who attended the sex parties had contracted HIV -- which implies that considerably more men were victims of the assaults.

The accused are two 48-year old men from Slochteren and two men from Groeningen, aged 33 and 34. Two have confessed to the sexual assault and deliberate infection attempts: the other two have so far only admitted to dealing in huge quantities of GHB. One does not define himself as gay.

Gay.com spoke to Robert Witlox, Director of the Dutch HIV Association, who took up the story:

"We became aware that something odd was going on in Groeningen about a year ago. Someone came to a support group for people newly diagnosed with HIV and gave us this story about having been drugged unconscious with GHB and raped, which was how he got the virus.

"At first, we dismissed it -- you hear many such stories in support groups -- but several other people came forward with similar stories. One said he had come to to find a man still fucking him without a condom, while another said that during the experience he had felt a sharp needle-like pain in his anus."

The suspects have confessed that they drew blood from all four of themselves and injected it into their victims' anuses.

Witlox continued: "The men would advertise small sex parties -- three to five people -- on the Internet. It appears they were doing it on a frequent basis, and it continued right up till they were arrested in May.

"We alerted the public health department in Groeningen, who said they had heard similar stories. They put out a press release warning gay men about attending sex parties and saying they had noticed a rise in local HIV infections.

"We finally persuaded the first victim -- who does not publicly identify as gay -- to make a formal complaint to the police in January."

Witlox noted that one of the features of the case was that the victims appeared largely to be non-gay-identified men seeking same-sex thrills using the Internet.

The two suspects who have confessioned to the police said that they were motivated by lust, saying that if they made other men positive, they'd have the opportunity to have unprotected sex with them.

Witlox commented: "In many ways, this is a straightforward case. The legal argument about HIV transmission has always been about reckless infection," (meaning not intending to infect, but not caring either) "whereas this is a clear case of rape and of attempted deliberate infection.

"In talking to the media yesterday, not just I but also representatives from the Dutch Health Ministry said that this behavior was not typical of gay men or people with HIV."

The spokesperson told the media, "This behavior was not typical of gay men or people with HIV."

Isn't it though?

Similarly, 365Gay characterized the incident as "bizarre":

But how bizarre -- or atypical -- is it?

Fact is, there have been a large number of news stories about HIV predators over the last year, and we've covered a number of them.

And what I've tried to make clear is that the characterization of certain barebackers as "predators" has the seeming effect of taking all the other barebackers off the hook.

In other words, there are HIV predators, and then there are other guys who just happen to be poz or have good reason to think they're poz, and anally penetrate scores of other men, and infect them.

But they're not predators.

Right?

No.

Not right.

As I said back in 2003, when the phenomenon of barebacking, bug-chasing, and gift-giving got some extra press due to a story in Rolling Stone, any time someone barebacks, he's gift-giving.

And his behavior is predatory.

He's infecting other people with HIV.

Around the same time that this story appeared in the gay press, there was a huge outcry in the mainstream press over the guy infected with XDR TB -- a Mr Speaker -- who got on not one but two airplanes, seemingly knowing that he could infect his fellow passengers.

As that story unfolded, it became a little less clear whether Mr Speaker had really or fully been warned that he might infect others.

YET -- EACH AND EVERY DAY AT LEAST 55 AMERICAN GAY AND BI MEN ARE INFECTED WITH HIV BY SOMEONE WHO KNOWS PERFECTLY WELL THAT HIS BEHAVIOR WILL RESULT IN THE TRANSMISSION OF A FATAL DISEASE.

Where's the public outrage over that?

The attitude towards gay men by everyone -- the gay establishment, the religious right, the mainstream press, the AIDS Service Organizations -- is intensely paternalistic.

Gay males are treated like children who are incapable of making a rational decision about giving someone else a fatal disease.

Whereas the guy with XDR TB, who appeared to have endangered hundreds of people so that he could have a toney European wedding, was immediately judged by the public to be responsible for his actions.

So: let's get back to the words "bizarre" and "atypical."

What, presumably, made this case "bizarre" and "atypical" was the direct injection of HIV-infected blood into the victims.

Certainly the barebacking isn't atypical -- as we all know, it's common;

nor was the sex party bizarre.

We're not told what sort of sex party it was.

Was it a barebacking party?

Or a giftgiving party?

Both are very common.

As is the use of daterape drugs.

The motivation of the attackers was certainly not bizarre, nor was it atypical:

"The motive to do this was the 'kick,' and the feeling that unsafe sex is 'pure.'"

Those are both common rationales for barebacking.

"they were motivated by lust, saying that if they made other men positive, they'd have the opportunity to have unprotected sex with them"

And that after all is the rationale behind bugchasing and giftgiving:

That being infected takes the worry out of "unprotected sex" and thus makes more "unprotected sex" both possible and likely.

That's why the gay leadership -- including barebackin buttboy Andrew Sullivan -- has been talking up serosorting -- the practice of poz guys fucking and getting fucked by other poz guys.

Clearly the more poz guys there are to bareback -- the more fun can be had by all.

Problem: recently some of those serosorters have been coming down with neurosyphilis and other nasty diseases passed through buttsex aka shitsex.

And of course they're spreading mutant strains of HIV -- all over the world.

But -- like I say -- what they're doing is, by the standards of such stalwarts of the gay community as Andrew Sullivan -- neither atypical nor bizarre.

So, if none of the attributes of the Dutch case were "bizarre," it must be the injection which was "bizarre."

But the TRUTH is that every act of anal penetration which culiminates in an ejaculation is also an injection.

As we've described and documented time and again, the mucosal lining of the anus and rectum are only one cell thick -- thinner and more fragile by far than an onionskin.

Underneath that fragile single-celled mucosal lining is "vascular tissue" -- blood.

The lining is torn whenever the anus and rectum are penetrated.

Which means that every time a man ejaculates in someone's ass, he injects his semen, which is a blood product, into the bloodstream of his "partner."

That's what happens.

That's why, in the US, the two "discrete" HIV epidemics are found among injection drug users, and gay males.

Both groups get injected, as a result of their socially deviant practices, with blood and/or semen.

Which is why both groups are suffering from a huge prevalence of HIV.

So the injection part is only bizarre in that the guys admitted they were injecting HIV.

And what they did, interestingly, was to inject their HIV into the victim's anus twice:

once via the ejaculation of semen;

and once via a needle containing blood.

But in both cases the anus was the target.

Indeed, we can well imagine that because the victims were drugged, they were raped and injected multiple times.

But since every act of anal penetration is rape -- and since most gay males have multiple partners -- what happened is not truly atypical.

It is rather emblematic of analism.

Now: You'll notice that the Dutch differentiate between negligence -- "meaning not intending to infect, but not caring either" -- and rape with the intent to infect.

But as Larry Kramer pointed out in his Cooper Union speech, barebacking -- whatever the intent -- indeed, I would say any act of anal -- is clearly "murderous."

Does it occur to you that we brought this plague of aids upon ourselves? I know I am getting into dangerous waters here but it is time. With the cabal breathing even more murderously down our backs it is time. And you are still doing it. You are still murdering each other. Please stop with all the generalizations and avoidance excuses gays have used since the beginning to ditch this responsibility for this fact. But Larry of course is only referring to condomless anal -- barebacking.

A man who is HIV positive has been found guilty of three counts of criminal transmission of HIV for having sex with three teenage boys in Cedar Rapids.

District Judge Douglas Russell found that Ronald E. Lord, 36, of Cedar Rapids, intentionally exposed the teens to bodily fluid that could result in the transmission of HIV.

Lord pleaded guilty to three third-degree sexual abuse charges Monday, admitting that he had anal and oral sex with each of the teens between September 2005 and August 2006, when he was arrested.

His non-jury trial on three counts of criminal transmission of HIV was heard by Russell on Tuesday in Linn County District Court.

Lord's defense was that by using condoms and engaging in lower-risk oral sex he did not intentionally expose the boys to the virus. The prosecution could not prove that he did not use condoms.

"The Court concludes that because of the failure rate of condoms from breaking, defective manufacture or slippage, that anal intercourse even with the use of a condom by Defendant could result in the transmission of HIV," Russell wrote in the finding of facts, conclusion of law and verdicts, filed Friday.

Dr. Richard Pope, medical director of the Linn County Public Health, testified as the only witness at trial. He said there is some risk of transmitting HIV by oral sex, although the risk is much lower than through anal or vaginal intercourse.

Lord told his treating physician, Dr. Daniel McGrail, that he has been HIV positive since 1994. He is on medication.

None of the teens has been infected with the virus, and there is no reason to believe that they will be since enough time has passed. Two of the teens could not legally consent to having sex with Lord because at 14 and 15, they were under age and he is four or more years older. Lord admitted the sex with the 16-year-old was against that teen's will.

Lord faces up to 25 years -- with a 70 percent minimum prison stay -- on each of the three criminal transmission counts. By plea agreement, all three will be served at the same time, but could be consecutive to sentences on the sexual abuse charges. He faces up to 10 years in prison on each sexual abuse conviction, and a judge will decide if the 10-year terms will be served all at once or one after the other.

So the judge in this case made clear that using a condom did not take this particularly loathsome HIV predator off the hook:

"anal intercourse even with the use of a condom by Defendant could result in the transmission of HIV"

That's exactly right.

Now, what about the social attitudes which shape and determine these predatory acts?

Most men would find him attractive.

If he invited you to a "kinky" sex party, might you be tempted to go?

I think many men would.

And as you can see, he's linked to close to 3,000 other "users" on that one hook-up site alone.

How dangerous is fist-fucking?

Extremely.

We've known since 1981 that fist-fucking produces extreme trauma;

and that the first cases of AIDS were found among "party groups" of gay males who engaged not just in anal, but in fist-fucking.

That piece of information is right there in Randy Shilts' And the Band Played On.

And really the Band is still Playing On.

If anything, it's gotten louder and faster.

Now, coming back to the question of bizarre vs common:

In the gay.com article, the director of the Dutch HIV Association said,

Interesting.

"You hear many such stories in support groups."

Which has to make you wonder -- how many of those stories are true.

The fact is that the combination of analism -- a construct which exalts the anus, promiscuity, and effeminacy -- and the "condom code," which teaches that it's the responsibility of the UNinfected to remain uninfected -- has produced a gay subculture which is totally divorced not just from responsibility, but from Morality.

In such a milieu, why would it not be okay for someone to lure straight-identified guys to his apartment, drug them, and then rape them -- injecting them rectally with HIV-laden semen -- and then, just for good measure and to make sure they're infected, inject them intravenously or, as in this case, anally, with HIV-laden blood?

Why not?

It's their responsibility to protect themselves after all.

If a straight-identified guy is stupid enough to allow himself into my clutches -- why shouldn't I abuse him in that way?

Particularly given that he's not really straight.

Everyone knows that.

"Straight" guys who have sex with other guys are really "gay."

They just say they're straight to provide some cover.

By raping them and injecting them with HIV -- I kill that cover.

I OUT them.

And now they can join the rest of the queers on the analist trash heap of shitsex, promiscuity, effeminacy, and disease.

Count Gottfried von Bismarck, descendant of 'Iron Chancellor,' dead at 44

LONDON: Count Gottfried von Bismarck, a descendant of Germany's "Iron Chancellor" whose life of privileged excess was clouded by two deaths at his lavish, decadent parties, has died at the age of 44.

The Metropolitan Police said Wednesday that Bismarck, great-great-grandson of Prussian Chancellor Otto von Bismarck, who unified Germany, had been found dead at his 5 million pound (US$10 million, Euro 7.5 million) apartment in London's Chelsea district on Monday.

Police said they were treating the death as unexplained and a coroner's inquest would be held to determine the cause.

Bismarck had a well publicized history of drug use. His family in Germany said he had also been treated for epilepsy for many years.

"Count Gottfried was a wonderful person," the family said in a statement.

Gottfried Alexander Leopold Graf von Bismarck-Schonhausen was born in 1962 and educated in Germany and Switzerland before attending Oxford University in England.

As an undergraduate, he was known for his extravagant appearance -- which at times involved dressing in fishnet stockings or traditional Bavarian lederhosen -- and his lavish parties. At one, guests were greeted by a pair of severed pigs' heads on the dinner table.

He was a member of the Bullingdon Club -- a dining society known for its rumbustious upper-class membership -- and the Piers Gaveston Society, a 12-member club with a reputation for drunken excess and sexual shenanigans.

In 1986, Olivia Channon, the 22-year-old daughter of a Conservative government minister, died of a drug overdose in Bismarck's bed at Oxford after an end-of-term party.

Bismarck -- who was not in the bed at the time -- was not implicated in the death, although he was charged and fined for possessing cocaine and amphetamine sulfate.

At his trial, his lawyer said Channon's death "is going to be a shadow over the head of Gottfried von Bismarck, probably for the rest of his life." The count said years later that some had accused him of disgracing the Bismarck name.

Bismarck eventually settled in London, working in finance and the telecom business. He remained out of the headlines until last August, when a 38-year-old man, Anthony Casey, died after falling from a roof garden during a party at Bismarck's home.

Dr. Paul Knapman, presiding over an inquest at Westminster Coroner's Court, said one room of the apartment contained a "bizarre" assortment of items including a large rubber tarpaulin on the floor, towels, lubricants, bottles of vodka and buckets of sex toys.

Police concluded Casey's death was an accident, and the coroner's verdict was "death by misadventure," meaning no one was to blame.

Bismarck's family said his funeral would be private.

Which leads one to ask, "fell -- or was pushed?"

The AP remarks that this scion of the aristocracy led a life of "privileged excess" marked by "two deaths at his lavish, decadent parties."

Indeed.

I would remind you that, as I pointed out in the post detailing the data from Zimbabwe and other African countries on the relationship between affluence, war, and HIV, Warrior societies, like Sparta's. are suspicious, and rightly so, of privilege, excess, and decadence.

And they're not promiscuous.

The Warrior is faithful.

Faithful.

And since I've mentioned the Zimbabwe post, which described the difference between "evidence-based" HIV prevention strategies, and "ideologically-based" HIV prevention, let's just note that NONE of the factors which "AIDS activists" commonly claim cause or facilitate HIV transmission --

poverty, war, homophobia, discrimination, gender inequality, stigma, and lack of access to health care --

were present either in Holland or in Count von Bismarck's milieu.

Holland is an affluent country, its population is the tallest and thus arguably the healthiest, in Europe, it's at peace, there's universal healthcare, and, except among marginalized Muslim immigrants, homophobia and gender inequality simply are not players in this most tolerant of the EU nations.

Nor of course was Count von Bismarck suffering from poverty, lack of healthcare, discrimination, etc.

Nevertheless, HIV predators and people like the late and unlamented count, are at work all over Europe.

So: poverty etc does not "cause AIDS."

HIV / AIDS is a disease of risk behavior -- including being penetrated anally and going to sex parties where one is penetrated anally by multiple partners.

And speaking of sex parties, what sort of toys do you suppose were in that room with the rubber tarpaulin -- the room in Bismarck's apartment which the coroner said contained a "bizarre" -- there's that word again -- "assortment of items."

Well, probably most of you would think of dildoes and handcuffs and lubricant -- that sort of thing.

Others -- most -- abandon the God-given gift of masculinity for effeminacy.

Either way, they've forgotten the Warrior Wisdom summed up in the Latin phrase "VIR -- VIRILIS -- VIRTUS" --

MAN -- MANLINESS -- MANLY VIRTUE.

Manly Virtue is Valour.

Valour is both Courage and Manhood itself -- the male genitals.

Contained in those genitals are the seeds of both affiliation and aggression -- the two attributes which make the male truly male.

Affiliation is what enables the Warrior Bond.

Aggression is what enables Fighting Spirit.

When aggression and affiliation combine there follows a passage through rage to love.

A passage through Warrior Rage to Warrior Love.

That Love -- the Love of Man for Man and Warrior for Warrior -- is the strongest and purest in the world.

So far as I can tell, every human culture -- except our own -- has recognized that fact.

Mankind's salvation lies in and only in the return to the WARRIOR values of Phallus Fidelity and Masculinity.

In these stories of HIV predators, we see men abandoned to the powers of death.

And look what happens to them.

They're drugged, raped, and their bodies filled with disease.

Being emotionally and physically faithful to one man.

Fidelity is a Warrior practice.

Fidelity is an austere practice.

Warrior societies prize Fidelity for the same reason that they prize simplicity, devotion, discipline, and honor.

Promiscuity can never be part of the Warrior Way.

I just wanted to respond to this post about how disgusted it made me feel. The pictures and descriptions almost made me want to puke. That these creatures have the same genitals as I do is repulsive. Worse still, this is the face the public sees and hears about, and reflects on when they think about "Gay' men.

The "elite" and self proclaimed "leaders" of the "Gay" community appear to have no wish to stop or at least try to stop this aberrant behavior. Too afraid, I fear, that it would cut into their own pleasure, and life style.

It reminds me of an old George Carlin act about feminism, he went on to say that most of the well off white women in the movement didn't really care about the problems of minority women, birth control, abuse, and a host of other problems, they only cared about their own sexual/bodily freedom and equality.

Or for another analogy, more like "The Mask of the Red Death" where we lock ourselves away to have fun and party, while waiting for the plague to pass, only to find it doesn't pass, it kills those who thought they were too special to succumb.

This lack of any attempt to put an end to this, with the exception of the work you do, is so very disheartening.

Here's something else, I just read an article in a magazine, "Details" I think, that said anal sex now is becoming the most requested sex act between Hetero couples, surpassing oral sex. And that more women are writing for advice on it. If true the horrible spread of HIV/Aids will continue to rise in this country amongst all populations.

Bill, I am sorry I can't send more then I do each month, to help you fight this crap, you really do seem to be the only one out there. I hope Patrick is doing better.

Bill G, I agree with you, those images are sick, sick, SICK!!! The Gay Rights movement seems to have been hijacked and has ceased to be about gay rights and more about "fetish rights." After all getting a mask with no eye holes slipped over my head and being wrapped up like a mummy are the exact same sexual fantasies I and many other males have had going through our heads as we were jacking off... BULLSHIT!!! What does being wrapped up like a mummy or being tied down and anally penetrated, or wipped and then anally penetrated, and getting a urine enema have to do with men loving men, I'll tell you what it has to do with MLM... NOTHING, that's what those sick fetishes have to do with MLM, NOTHING!!! It's times like this that I wish I was a multi-millionare, at least with that much money I'd be able to donate more than I do now. The very fact that I am donating certainly puts me above the majority of viewers on this site who don't do ANYTHING!!!

If I sound angry that's because I AM!!! If you do not see how what is posted here is relevent to you, then here, I'll put it in perspective, if any of you come out as gay what do you think is going to be the first image that pops into their head... That's right anal "sex" and a host of other bizzare fetishes supported and funded by the gay community. If you don't want your friends to think of you as some bizzare fetish freakshow then you have to change the image that is being presented about MLM. Mr. Weintraub, is trying to do this, but he cannot do this without funding, and most of you people are so stuck-up, stingy, and selfish when it comes to money. Maybe you should be viewed as a bizzare fetish freakshow, but I know one thing, I'm not going to be viewed like that and I will fight to establish that I am a Man who Loves Men faithfully and courageously with tooth and nail if I must.

Help Mr. Weintraub fight the analist tyranny and de-throne the Bizzare fetish freakshow image that they support or you could just waste away into obscurity for doing nothing. I've made my choice, I ask that you carefully consider yours, because believe me when I say that the choice is literally donate or die.

Hear Hear Michael,

That's exactly what I meant. that image of what it means to be gay. I've always felt that the "act up" crowd did more harm then good for same sex people. It gave the far right and religious conservatives all the ammunition they needed. Just as the anti-abortionists hold up pictures of aborted fetus's to cry murder, so anyone can hold up those pictures and cry perversion and sin, and man, how can you fight that, if it's all the public can see. Ghandi and Dr. King knew how to get equal rights, it's too bad the "Gay Community " can't put their own pleasures aside to fight the same way.

Thank you guys -- these are important posts.

Bill and Michael, I hear you about image.

You're right that this is what the public sees.

And absent any other image, the public then assumes that all "gay men" are like this.

That has a tremendous impact both on youngsters who are in the process of self-identifying as "gay" and who come to believe that this is what "gay" is;

and on people like Chuck Winterborne, who related his life-story in Normal and Natural.

Because seeing nothing in this gay imagery which corresponds to his own life, a guy like Chuck simply remains isolated and alone -- believing, as so many of us have, that he's the only person on earth who feels the way he does.

When the reality is that literally millions of Men share his feelings.

But he has no way of knowing that.

Obviously then, we MUST reach out to our fellow Men, and reach out effectively, so that those millions of Men who are ready and eager to hear our message -- do so.

Now, along those lines, Michael says, "the choice is literally donate or die."

Most of you probably think, oh, that's extreme, I'm not going to die.

And maybe you won't -- physically -- though I wouldn't depend upon it.

Certainly not based on what we saw from 1981 through 1995, and which is still on-going.

But there are all sorts of deaths, all manner of dying.

And when you acquiesce in this sort of, as Michael says, "bizarre fetish freakshow," and let it represent your life, chances are very good that parts of it or maybe just the whole thing will become your life.

Because if you're gay-identified, it's your culture.

And even if you're straight-identified, when you make forays, as I know many of you do, into "gay sex," the freakshow becomes your culture too.

And *culture* matters.

Because human beings live in culture the way fish live in the sea.

They're not aware of it, but it shapes everything they do.

So when your culture consists of shitsex and sadism and bondage and transvestism and promiscuity and effeminacy;

and when your culture unceasingly attacks Men and Masculinity, and incessantly denigrates the True Love of Man for Man -- that takes its toll upon you.

Inevitably.

Your choice is to fight it -- as Bill G and Michael have done and are doing --

or to die.

Michael has resolved to fight "tooth and nail."

And you need to do that too.

Because you can't be in a fight halfway.

You're either in -- or you're not.

It's like "sort of pregnant."

A guy who's only "sort of" in a fight -- is gonna get creamed.

If you're in a fight, you have to fight with all your might.

Now, let's look at some of what Bill G said:

Because much of the gay community, as we've often discussed, depends upon bizarre "sexualities" and of course promiscuity -- to make money.

As do the AIDS Service Organizations -- which, were men to cease getting infected with HIV and HPV and LGV and hep C and neurosyphilis and chlamydia and Mycoplasma genitalium, to name just a few, would no longer have a reason to exist.

The bars, the bath-houses, the sex clubs, the raves, the hook-up sites, the sex tourism -- which one recent article says is a $55 billion per year industry --, the condoms and lubricants, the bondage and leather gear, and all the other various "toys" -- all generate money.

So -- and just for example, there's that $55 billion generated by gay sex tourism.

While the New York Times reports that "The annual condom market is now $416 million, according to Packaged Facts, a division of MarketResearch.com."

That's a lot of money.

And the businesspeople involved, like all businesspeople, know where the money is.

This is a poster for a contest sponsored by Durex, a condom manufacturer who specializes in "extra-strength" condoms which, it claims, will hold up under the extreme stresses and battering of anal penetration:

So Durex is using pretty boys -- muscular but not threatening -- who it recruits from within the gay male community -- to sell condoms, and with them, of course, anal penetration.

All in the name of preventing disease.

Which, since those condoms do NOT prevent disease, leads to the huge medical and "safer-sex" establishments which exist to serve that disease.

Big pharma and big segments of the health care and health insurance industries, plus the AIDS Service Organizations and in particular their "safer-sex educators" and program directors -- all make significant money off of analism.

And the disease and dysphoria is just factored in -- at worst, it's a cost of doing business.

As we saw when the OUTgames were held in Montreal and "post exposure prophylaxis" aka PEP was offered to all the athletes -- and their fans.

The promoters of the games knew full well that most of the draw was the promiscuity, that the promiscuity would take the form of anal, and that a number of males would get infected with HIV and other diseases.

While the city of Montreal said, basically, Bring it on.

We'll provide the PEP, because we want the revenues that the sex tourism associated with the games will produce.

So while analism costs money, it generates significantly more money for its cheerleaders and enablers.

Whereas, and again as we've often said, Frot is Free.

To rub cocks, all you need are two hard dicks and a smile.

Manhood x 2 -- that's it.

You don't need doctors or condoms or pricey lubes or lawyers or anything.

Just what's there naturally.

Nor do you have to be in a gay venue such as a sex-club or a gay tourist spot.

Guys rub cocks all over the world.

You just have to figure that out.

So the gay establishment isn't just concerned about "lifestyle," it's concerned about money.

It's also concerned -- very concerned -- with being politically correct and supporting what it views as the gay version of the sexual revolution.

Even though in reality what it's supporting is reactionary and heterosexist.

And, in that regard, I want to look at some of the issues Bill G raised regarding women, anal, and feminism.

We do know, as we reported on in The fruits of heterosexualization, that there's been an increase in male-female aka hetero anal penetration.

What we don't know is how frequently hetero couples are doing anal.

The article Bill G mentioned said that "anal sex now is becoming the most requested sex act between Hetero couples, surpassing oral sex."

Presumably what's meant by that is "the most requested *non-vaginal* sex [sic] act, surpassing oral."

Because hetero couples have certainly not stopped doing vaginal.

That's what hetero couples do.

But we do know that, informed by pornography

and, as we'll see, incessant propaganda about "gay lifestyles" which makes anal seem chic and cool -- a type of propaganda which used to be aimed exlusively at gays, but which is now increasingly targeting "straight" people -- hetero couples are more and more likely to "experiment" with anal.

And of course most of the push for that is coming from the males.

But not all.

Bill, you're also right on target in saying that increased prevalence of anal will result in increased prevalence of sexually transmitted infections, including HIV.

Dr Halperin demonstrated way back in 2002 that women are ten to twenty times more likely to be infected through anal than they are through vaginal.

While openly gay ano-rectal surgeon and supporter of anal Dr. Stephen Goldstone says, "anal is the most dangerous sex act any two people can perform."

This is from Goldstone's website, GayHealth.com, and as he says towards the end of this passage, most of what he says applies to men penetrating women as well as men penetrating men.

Goldstone:

Anal sex is the highest risk sex act two men can perform -- and not just because of HIV. Most sexually transmitted diseases (STDS) can pass between partners during close skin-to-skin contact when a penis rubs against your anus -- and vice versa. Infections travel both ways.

...

News flash: an anus is not a vagina. Your anus is only 1 to 2 inches long and connects to the rest of your colon. The colon's main function is to absorb water from the liquid waste that leaves your small intestines so that by the time it reaches your anus it is solid material.... It is this heightened absorptive capacity that makes your rectum so good at trapping STDs.

...

The anus has two sphincter muscles, the internal sphincter and external sphincter, which control your bowel movements. These muscles are bands that surround your anus and rectum. Your internal sphincter is actually a part of the colon wall and is an involuntary muscle -- which means you can't control it. This is the sphincter that relaxes to let out your bowel movements and gas. Your external sphincter is under the skin of your anus and is a voluntary muscle. You tighten it to keep from having a bowel movement at inopportune times. It also contracts reflexively (and out of your control) when something approaches your anus from the outside. Therefore, no matter how much you want your partner inside you, your muscle will contract to keep him out. ...

Another important difference between a vagina and an anus (or "mangina" as some men like to call it) is that it will not self-lubricate; you need to use a water-soluble lubricant (no Crisco, please!). In addition to damaging condoms, oil-based lubricants can block your anal glands and cause infection. Many oils, including hand creams, also contain perfumes which can irritate your skin and cause dermatitis.

Technique

Sex between men; sex between women and men: Because of the high risk of passing STDs during anal sex and foreplay, place a condom on your partner as soon as his penis is going to come in close contact with your anal area -- even if he isn't going to penetrate you. Put a lot of lubricant on your partner's condom-covered penis and on the outside of your anus. Beware of the "two finger stretch" to get ready for him because this can tear your sphincter muscles easier than his penis. ...As soon as the head of his penis pushes against your anus, the internal and external sphincter muscles contract. You will feel a sharp pain. Stay there! Within 30 to 60 seconds your muscles will relax. You can then safely sit the rest of the way down on him. Move up and down a few times and by then your muscles will be sufficiently relaxed so you can go to any position you want. Do not stimulate your penis while you are trying to take your partner. This also sets up a strong reflex that contracts your sphincter muscles even tighter.

Hygiene

No matter how hard you try, your anus will always be an anus. You can't sterilize it. You can, however, gently wash the outer skin with a moist cloth or pad (try Tucks) to remove any fecal residue stuck to your skin. Avoid wet toilet paper or tissues because they flake and leave behind annoying bits of paper. If necessary, try to move your bowels prior to sex. I do not advise enemas or douching, which may increase the risk of HIV transmission. Enemas -- even if they are just plain water -- irritate the lining of your colon and make it easier for HIV to get in or out. The motion of the sex toy, your partner's hand or penis also stimulates colon contractions. Frequently you won't evacuate the entire liquid enema before sex, and the remainder is forced out during sex by increased colon contractions, making a bigger mess than the one you took the enema to avoid.

Complications

Bleeding: most often from a hemorrhoid of fissure (tear). If you see blood, stop. Most often the bleeding stops quickly. Do not have anal sex again until you stop bleeding with bowel movements. If you have hemorrhoids, experiment with different positions to see if you can tolerate one better than the other. Many men find that when the receptive partner is on his stomach, his hemorrhoids experience less swelling and bleeding.

Pain: Pain during anal sex most often results from your sphincter muscles going into spasm or from a tear. You can tear the sphincters or your delicate anal lining (a fissure). If it hurts, stop anal sex. Try treating your fissure conservatively with stool softeners, sitz baths (warm soaks) and hold off having sex until you are healed. STDs can often be present with pain in your anal area but the pain usually doesn't begin until several days after sex. Pain that begins during or immediately after sex usually results from a fissure or sphincter injury.

Perforation: A true tear through your colon wall is a very rare complication of anal sex. A penis is pliable and does not have the strength to rupture your colon. A toy, on the other hand, can cause serious damage - especially if it is long. Your colon makes a sharp bend to the left, approximately eight inches up. A penis can bang against this turn and you might notice a sharp pain in the pit of your stomach. It usually won't push through. A hard toy can push through and when it does, you are in a life and death situation. You feel intense pain and must get right to a hospital. Delay and the bacteria can spread throughout your abdomen. This type of infection (peritonitis) can take your life.

Incontinence: Incontinence is an inability to control your bowels or gas. If your anal sex is pain free, your muscles should be fine and you don't have to worry about this dreaded complication. Those who enjoy fisting or large toys can permanently overstretch their sphincters and are at increased risk for incontinence in later life.

STDs: Anal sex is the highest risk sex act that men who have sex with men can perform. Virtually every STD can pass between partners during anal sex, and for most, penetration isn't necessary and a condom may not protect you. STDs are harder to diagnose when they are inside your anal canal and not on your penis. STDs commonly passed during anal sex include: HIV, herpes simplex, gonorrhea, syphilis, molluscum contagiosum, crabs, human papillomavirus (HPV), hepatitis, and chlamydia. MEN: Put a condom on early -- as soon as you anticipate contact between the anus and penis. Remember that fingers and toys used during foreplay can also carry STDs between partners. A condom doesn't cover the base of your partner's shaft, his scrotum or pubic hair -- these are all places where STDs can lurk or land.

HIV Risk

Anal sex is the highest risk sex act two men can perform.

This is also true for a woman if she's the anal receptive partner with a man. Your risk increases dramatically in proportion to the number or partners you have and if your sex is unprotected (whether you are inserting or receiving). One medical study published in 1987 found that anal sex with one partner increased your chances of catching HIV by three times -- five or more partners increased it 18 times.

So, Goldstone says, "Anal sex is the highest risk sex act that men who have sex with men can perform. Virtually every STD can pass between partners during anal sex, and for most, penetration isn't necessary and a condom may not protect you. STDs are harder to diagnose when they are inside your anal canal and not on your penis. STDs commonly passed during anal sex include: HIV, herpes simplex, gonorrhea, syphilis, molluscum contagiosum, crabs, human papillomavirus (HPV), hepatitis, and chlamydia."

And of course that's all true for women too.

Yet the gay press -- and significant segments of the "women's press" -- keep pushing and pushing and pushing anal.

This is from Dan Savage's column in the Village Voice this week, a column which is totally devoted to "strap-on" sex -- women penetrating men and each other -- anally.

He calls that "pegging":

"Once she sees what looks like the equivalent of guys parking backhoes in each other's butts, she'll realize just how resilient this little cavity can be."

The rest of Savage's "answer," which quotes extensively from Ms Blue's book, is full of really shocking pieces of misinformation just like that one.

The anal cavity is NOT resilient.

That's exactly and precisely why so much damage is done during anal.

That's why the various AIDS epidemics in every place outside of southern Africa have been concentrated among gay men who do anal.

And fisting is particularly harmful.

Here's Goldstone -- and the reason I quoted him at such length -- again -- is that you need to understand that people like "Violet Blue," aided and abetted by Savage, are lying:

Those who enjoy fisting or large toys can permanently overstretch their sphincters and are at increased risk for incontinence in later life.

So, "Ms Blue" claims, speaking specifically of fisting and of "toys" such as strap-ons, that "this little cavity" is "resilient."

While Dr Goldstone, who's an ano-rectal surgeon, warns specifically that fisting and toys can

1. Permanently overstretch the anal sphincter and cause incontinence -- aka leaky butt;

2. Tear the sphincter muscles and the lining of the anus -- to which I say, no kidding; and

3. Result in a perforation, which in turn leads to peritonitis and death.

That doesn't sound resilient to me.

Nor is that particular piece of knowledge hidden or secret or in any way esoteric.

As I pointed out earlier in this thread, the first cases of AIDS were found among "party groups" of gay males who engaged not just in anal, but in fist-fucking.

That bit of information is right there in Randy Shilts' And the Band Played On.

Maybe Violet and Dan haven't bothered to read the book.

After all, it would just rain on their analist parade.

Let's get real:

Savage is the nabob who declared that the "gay population" is tiny and stable; and who ponders "issues" in his column like "The Dilemmas of a Deep Dickin' Dude" and "Proper Blowjob Etiquette"; and questions like "How Do I Get Rid of Stinky Poo Finger?"

That one was allegedly from a woman who said her boyfriend liked to get finger-fucked.

Like I say, analists like Savage push anal the way dealers push crack cocaine.

And with as much conscience.

Then there's the question of "taking it slow," which Ms Blue appears to pooh-pooh.

Yet Dr Goldstone tells people -- to take it slow:

So: Given the truth about the enormous risks of anal as put forth by Dr. Goldstone -- we need to ask:

Why would so many on the secularist left -- including many feminists -- support an act which is so dangerous to women?

It's clear that the embrace of anal and other fringe "sexualities" by certain feminists is about achieving sexual parity -- making sure that women are fully free to participate in the sexual revolution;

and not remotely about the actual health and welfare of women.

Here's a letter I received from a woman some months back, which talked about the impact of hetero anal on her own life:

Mr. Weintraub, I know and realize that your primary focus is to reach the gay/bisexual community(and God bless you for that...), BUT I wish that there was a venue much like yours to reach gay/straight women. It looks as though, from what I'm seeing, especially on the 'net, that women are doing this more and more. I've been a nurse for almost 20 years now, and your clinical stats along with all of the other data you've shared with the public is so right on the money it's not even funny. It's both frightening and sad. It just seems that everywhere I look...more and more this act (anal sex) is promoted AND practiced by the heterosexual community.

Bill, is this just my imagination or is it in fact happening? As a single woman, I'm afraid of even the thought of being intimate with anyone in this day and age (since splitting from my son's father), due to the possibility of being confronted with this request. Near the end of my long-time relationship, I even noticed during lovemaking, my son's father started "probing" in that area digitally. So I posed the question to him about anal sex, to see what his answer would be, and he replied " maybe, we'll see". That is not why we split up, but inwardly, I was saddened that my son's father seemed interested in this act even though he didn't ask to do it, outright. ...

I fervently, and sincerely hope your message gets out to the masses in addition to your already very informative website. I will be forever baffled and dumbfounded at why anyone..man OR woman would subject themselves to this seemingly torturous act. So: this person, whose name is Lynn, is saying that as a straight-identified woman, she's now experiencing the EXACT SAME FORMS of pressure and coercion to do anal -- that gay males experience!

But -- even were it true, since women don't have prostates -- that particular avenue of pleasure is closed off to them, isn't it?

So when women, and in particular "sex-positive-feminists," endorse anal, they're going back to a really regressive and retro view of male-female sexuality, in which the man gets all the genital pleasure in the act, and the woman just has to lie there and endure it.

This was the view of sex, it's said, in the Victorian era, and certainly well into the 1930s, 40s, and 50s;

and it's a distinctly UN-liberated view of the role of women in bed.

You'll notice that in this picture

the top is rock hard.

While the hapless bottom -- and how many times have we seen this in gay male porn -- and in life -- has to stimulate herself genitally.

The top is not paying an ounce of attention to the woman's genitals.

Instead, just like gay male tops, he's oafishly getting himself off in her anus, while totally ignoring her need for genital pleasure.

What does that have to do with a sexual revolution in which women's needs are recognized and met?

Nothing.

And then there's the huge question of disease -- and notice, in that regard, that Lynn is a nurse.

She's also, as it happens, African-American.

And she knows that the diseases transmitted by anal, including HIV, are taking a far greater toll on the poor and people of color, than they are on middle-class and well-to-do whites.

For example, as of 2005, African-Americans made up 12.8% of the US population.

But, according to avert.org, at the end of 2005, 44% of the AIDS cases in the US were among African-Americans.

And 65% of the women who'd been exposed to HIV, had been exposed through heterosexual contact --which includes anal.

Another 33% of women were exposed through intravenous drug use.

But let's be clear.

The women who are being infected through heterosexual contact are being infected by men who, if they were infected sexually, were almost certainly infected via anal penetration by another guy.

So: anal without question oppresses women.

Including by the way female sex workers aka prostitutes, who make up a significant portion of the women who get infected via hetero contact in the US.

And who have little choice but to acquiesce when a client demands anal.

And the fact is, like I just said, that in America, most of the men who are infecting these women were themselves, if they got infected sexually, infected through anal.

Given that such is the case, if feminists and others who promote anal were truly concerned about the plight of poor women and women of color -- and just plain women in general -- they would campaign AGAINST anal;

because clearly, anal negatively impacts the health of women.

So feminists and their putative allies who endorse anal are basically sentencing hundreds of thousands of women to infection with HIV.

And hepatitis C.

And anal HPV, which leads to anal cancer.

And a host of other diseases which are more easily transmitted during anal than they are during vaginal.

The anal cancer bit means, by the way, that whereas previously women just needed to be tested for cervical cancer, they'll now have to be tested for anal cancer as well.

That's progress!

Yet NO ONE in this country's political leadership -- other than Surgeon General Koop -- has had the balls to challenge anal.

And there's another piece to the feminist hypocrisy here.

This is yet another pic from the metrics site, a gay hook-up site.

Is this body male or female?

It doesn't really matter.

The drawing and photo themselves are amazingly sexist.

And take a very misogynist view of women and of female sexuality.

And that's a very blatant aspect of gay male culture which these people just totally ignore.

Is this a pro-woman image?

NO.

Like the previous photo, it's contemptuous of women.

Fact is, the feminist embrace of analism is bizarre.

And wrong.

There's nothing about anal penetration that could be construed as being in the interests of women.

And that's putting it mildly.

At the same time guys, I want to point out to you and I want you to take note that what we're now seeing among straight-identified people is what has been taking place for so long among gay-identified men:

the divorcement of genitality from sexuality.

Make no mistake: When you have, as we saw in the Savage column, a woman wearing a device with which to penetrate her putative boyfriend anally, what you've really got is "sex" sans genitals.

Because there's no genital tissue in the anus, of course, and a "strap-on" is not genital either.

So these two people are having sexless "sex."

And in so doing they're endangering at least one of their lives -- and maybe both.

This is the height of folly, and it's what happens when society takes a completely "recreational" view of sex, divorcing sex from the person and from spirituality;

and it's the result of years of propaganda coming from the gender theorists, who insist that genitals and sexuality are un-related.

Again, this is foolish at best, but as a practical matter, where it leads is hellish and deadly.

And again, that's why Danielou, who's speaking from a religious tradition which understands the relationship between sexuality and spirituality, warns of contempt for the phallus:

The man who scorns the very symbol of the life principle abandons his kind to the powers of death.

Now, Bill G says, regarding the grip of analism on the lives of so many,

This lack of any attempt to put an end to this, with the exception of the work you do, is so very disheartening.

I understand.

But what all of you need to be clear about is that at the moment, there are far more people who agree with us than are willing to say so.

And Lynn -- the woman I just quoted -- is a good example.

For every person like Lynn who takes the time to write, there are a hundred or a thousand or ten thousand who read and agree -- but don't say anything -- to anyone.

This goes back to Soviet-dissident Natan Sharansky's categories, which we've discussed before, of true believers, dissidents, and doublethinkers.

In a situation like ours, there are true believers -- the people we call analists;

there are dissidents -- that's us; and,

there's everybody else, whom Sharansky terms doublethinkers, and who go along to get along.

The doublethinkers know that there's a lot wrong with gay culture, and as Men, they know too that there's a lot wrong with the steady erosion of Masculinity -- what Naked Wrestler calls MAN-phobia.

The doublethinkers know there are problems.

But they won't say so.

Why?

Because the price of saying so is too high.

Disagree with the analists and you're called a homophobe and erotophobe -- and a prude and sexually immature.

Disagree with the feminists, and you're called a misogynist.

And in both cases you're ostracized -- tossed out and shunned by your peers.

The doublethinkers can't handle the ostracism.

The dissidents can -- that's the difference.

Dissidents understand -- for whatever reason -- that dissenting will make them unpopular.

And they accept that as the price of dissent.

Most people are not willing to go there.

Which is why Sharansky says, "The price of dissent determines the level of dissent."

So: the more oppressive the regime, the lower the level of dissent.

How do you break out of that dynamic?

BY DISSENTING!

Oh yeah.

There are two truisms which apply to any liberation movement.

The first is: wherever there's oppression, there's resistance.

Just like night and day.

You got one, you got the other.

And in this case, we're the resistance.

The second truism?

That the liberation of the oppressed can only come at the hands of the oppressed themselves.

Guess what?

You're the oppressed.

So only YOU can free yourselves.

Is that bad news?

NO.

It means that You hold the keys to your own freedom.

The more you dissent, and the more loudly you dissent, the faster freedom will come to you.

Right now the vast majority of you are silent.

THE ANALISTS LOVE THAT!

You're doing EXACTLY what they want.

It works for them -- but not for you.

Right?

So you need to try a different strategy.

You need to FIGHT BACK.

You need to DONATE.

Once you do -- your world will change.

And you'll be surprised -- many of you will be shocked -- at how quickly your world will change.
